Sauce bar | Smitty's Lockdown Barbecue
The sauce bar
We make our sauces in house, and there are more than 10 to choose from. Free refills and corn puffs too.
Four sauces to try first
Triple S, Chain Gang Spicy, Carolina and Apple BBQ. Triple S is sweet, smoky and spicy.
Pulled pork, your way
The pork comes without sauce, so you choose. Try it with the sweet BBQ.
